Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reputable national carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The specific carrier for your order is selected based on package size, weight, and destination to provide the most efficient delivery. You will be informed of the carrier and provided with a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, your package is estimated to arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, carrier service disruptions).

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment. Roller Rabbit Pajamas is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery; however, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.
